Niall Horan is an Irish singer, songwriter and musician who first achieved worldwide recognition as a member of One Direction. After the group went on hiatus, Horan established a successful solo career built around melodic pop, acoustic instrumentation and influences from folk and soft rock. His debut solo album Flicker arrived in 2017 and included songs such as This Town and Slow Hands, helping establish an identity distinct from his earlier work with the group.

As a live performer, Horan combines large-scale pop production with the more intimate character of a singer-songwriter performance, frequently performing with guitar and a full live band. His approachable songwriting, recognizable voice and international fanbase have made him a prominent contemporary Irish pop artist with audiences across Europe and beyond.
